Honestly don’t know how I stumbled across this posting – google got me here somehow on a totally unrelated search, but one thought is to outsource it a bit. We work with a company out of Ottawa, CA that does great work in the DBA and SysAdmin space for us – http://www.pythian.com – hope that is helpful…
