Most of us in our family are suffering from some serious jet lag.
I woke up at 3am last night after less than 5 hours sleep and couldn’t get back to sleep.
The Gotham Gal and Jessica are also hurting pretty bad. Jessica had to play a basketball game yesterday afternoon and was playing in slow motion.
Emily seems to be immune for some reason.
Any ideas/suggestions to beat this thing would be greatly appreciated.
UPDATE: Bill M pointed me to this blog post on jet lag. I enjoyed the description of jet lag since that’s exactly what I am experiencing. I think I’ll take his advice and get some sleeping pills.
