Transparency (continued)
Longtime readers of this blog know that the number one reason I blog is to create transaparency. I want people to know who I am, what I think about, what I care about, etc. It helps me in my business in so many ways, I can’t even describe them all.
So with that in mind, I send you to Allen Morgan’s Fourth Commandment (in his series of Ten Commandments for entrepreneurs).
Allen says that before you pitch a VC firm, you need to spend some time understanding the audience. And he’s totally right about that. And the first and best place to start is at the VC’s blog, if he has one.
Allen’s got one. He is among a select group of VCs who blog. And I think its great, particularly for the entrepreneurs who may want to work with him.
