Wilderness Waterfall Hike

This is the last post of the Garden Route highlights.

We stayed in a town called Wilderness for three days.

We went to the beach for two of them and body surfed some really big Indian ocean waves.

But the highlight of Wilderness was a canoe and hiking trip we did to get to a waterfall in the forests above town.

The water in this river is brown from the roots it seeps through.  It’s like swimming in tea.
