In an attempt to convince Joshua to remake the daily blog thing in a more usable form, I am going to start posting my own manually constructed daily blog thing post.

• Newspapers as Mainframes   (tags newspapers)   this is a really good analogy.  newspapers are mainframes and blogs are the Apple II.  I love it.
• It’s Time To Take It Apart (tags AOL)  i hate to say it but i agree with Steve Case.  this probably should have been done several years ago. AOL cannot compete effectively locked inside a big slow moving company (of which i am a shareholder).
• IVR Cheat Sheet (tags ivr) this is pretty funny.  Paul spent enough time on hold that he built a cheat sheet how to beat the system on a bunch of popular customer service lines.
