MP3 of the Week

Back in the early days of this blog I did a post on a UK band called The Libertines. Their Up The Bracket record got some serious airplay from me in early 2004.

So yesterday when Jason Chervokas blogged about a new band formed out of the ashes of The Libertines, I took notice. The band is called Dirty Pretty Things and their record is called Waterloo to Anywhere.

Here’s my favorite song on the record, Bang Bang You’re Dead, which is apparently about the breakup of The Libertines.
