Kings of Leon At Roseland

Caleb’s a rock star in the grand tradition of charismatic frontmen. He looks the part, acts the part, and is the part and does it without trying.

It stems from the songs and the delivery of them by Caleb and his Followhill brethren.

These guys are the direct descendants of the Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, and all of classic rock, and their music comes from the same place, the roots music of the american south amplified by testosterone, electric guitars, and amps turned up high.

I saw them them for the first time last night. I sure hope it won’t be the last. And I fear they are headed for the arena circuit. These guys are the real deal.
