The Dali Lama On War

The Dali Lama spoke in Central Park this weekend. He said, “The very concept of war is out of date,” he said to applause. “Destruction of your neighbor as an enemy is essentially a destruction of yourself.”

I agree with that. I wish our leaders did too.
