Out Of Office Away Message
I just turned on my vacation message on gmail. The Gotham Gal and I are off to the middle east with our kids for the next week and a half.
I love blogging when I am on vacation. I get up earlier than everyone else in my family so it's a time when I can relax and put thoughts down on paper (or web page as it were).
So the posts will keep coming and I'm hoping I can do some deeper dives than I've been able to do recently. The Gotham Gal is the travel blogger in our family so if you are interested in what we are doing and where we are going, check out her blog starting Monday.

I hear Baghdad is really nice this time of year…If you make it to Israel you can be skiing in the snow in the north in the morning and be lying on the beach in Eilat in the south in 30 degree heat by mid-afternoon
Driving down Route 90 takes longer than that -and while I know there is an airport in Eilat from which you can take flights from TLV/Lod, I’m not so sure about Haifa or Kiryat Shmona. (I really doubt it with Kiryat Shmona, Lebanese and Syrian Airspace is right near by….)
in israel, speed limits are merely a recommendation
Perhaps it would be a good time to think about writing a VC book that I´m sure would be a reference at Universities and future VCs. Profits could be devoted from 0-100 % to charities. The Spanish translation free on me (+ others I´m sure). Perhaps a collaborative version from AVC community?Enjoy your holidays!
